Terms of Service for TUMIN AMS

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TUMIN AMS platform and related services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and any policies referenced here.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, subscribing to TUMIN AMS, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a property management company, building owner, or association, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service description
TUMIN AMS provides property management tools for apartment listings, resident records, charge tracking, reports, and related administrative workflows. We may update features, pricing, or availability from time to time to improve the service or comply with operational needs.
3. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including resident details, payment records, lease information, and any documents you upload. You agree not to misuse the platform, upload harmful content, violate privacy rights, or interfere with the service, security, or performance of the system.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUMIN AMS and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service period, unless prohibited by law.
5. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create undue risk to our systems or other users. We may modify these terms from time to time, and material changes will be communicated through the platform or email.
