Sound familiar?
A notice on the lift door is easy to miss
Paper notices get torn down, and residents say they never saw them.
Messaging every tenant one by one takes a whole evening.
You never know who has read the notice about cleaning the water tank.
How it works
Send a notice in minutes
- 1
Start from a template
Pick a ready-made Bangla notice, such as water tank cleaning or a general meeting, or write your own.
- 2
Choose who gets it
All residents, one building, selected flats, or shops only.
- 3
Publish and follow up
Residents get it in the app with a notification, plus an SMS if you add one. The delivery log shows who has opened it.
What you get
A notice board that works
Formal notice layout
Letterhead, reference number, date, subject and signature, in the format residents expect from an official building notice.
SMS alerts with the cost shown first
Add a short SMS alert. Before you send, the app shows the characters, the number of messages and how much of your monthly allowance it uses.
Pinned announcements
Pin an important notice for a few days, a week or a month, as a banner or as a pop-up when residents sign in.
See who opened it
Every notice has a delivery log: each resident's SMS status and when they opened it in the app.
Print or PDF, in Bangla
Print a notice on A4 or save it as a PDF, with Bangla text rendered correctly.
Your own templates
Save any notice as a template and reuse it next time.
Common questions
Can I send notices by SMS?
Yes. Each notice can carry a short SMS alert. Your account has a monthly SMS allowance, and the app shows the cost before you send, so a notice never stops halfway.
Can I write notices in Bangla?
Yes. Notices, templates, print and PDF all work in Bangla. A Bangla SMS fits 70 characters per message instead of 160, and the app counts that for you.
How do I know residents have seen the notice?
Residents see new notices in the app with an unread badge and a notification. The delivery log shows when each resident opened it and whether their SMS was delivered.
Can I send a notice to one building only?
Yes. Send it to all residents, one building, chosen flats, or shops and godowns only.
