What happens when my 6 months end?

You land on the free plan, not on a bill. Nothing is deleted — every report, receipt and notice stays, and your residents keep the app. If your building is over 10 flats you will be above the free limit, and we tell you in the app instead of locking anything. We will call you before the date, not after it.

What is missing from the free plan?

Getting paid through the app. On Free your residents still log in, see what they owe and get notifications — everything is there except the money. A paid plan adds the part where your bKash and Nagad details are shown to them, they submit a payment with a screenshot, you approve it in one tap and a receipt is issued. SMS comes with that too.

How many SMS do I get?

Every paid plan includes 100 SMS a month. Notices and payment confirmations inside the app are free and unlimited, so most owners use SMS only for the residents who will not open the app. The app shows you what a send will use before you confirm it.

How do I pay?

bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. An invoice each month, no auto-debit — we never hold your card or wallet.

Does TUMIN collect the rent?

No. Residents send money straight to your own account — we never touch it. The app shows them where to send it, lets them submit the transaction with a screenshot, and lets you approve it so the right month is marked paid.

Are buildings counted too?

No. Only flats. Four small houses of five flats each is twenty flats — the same as one twenty-flat building, on the same plan. Shops and godowns count as flats, because you bill them the same way.

What if I go over my flat limit?

Nothing breaks. We tell you in the app and you have until the end of the next month to move up. We will never lock you out of your own records.

What happens if I stop paying?

You drop to Free. Every report, receipt and notice stays and can still be read and exported, and your residents keep the app. You just go back to marking rent paid yourself, with no SMS.
